Position Summary:
The Global Assistant Brand Manager is mainly responsible supporting the creation of the CV brand plan and assisting in the implementation of product development/innovation/ Content development / accollades /PR initiatives for the Campo Viejo Brand.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Manager and CV SBM, Brand plans; take leadership in and implementing the brand plan initiatives assigned to .
- A&P management including thorough monitoring and reporting of NPD effectiveness.
The scope of the work include content management in all owned channels, brand management supporting Campo Viejo projects and overall markets plans.
Working closely with markets / BAT & BH to ensure adherence to Masterbrand strategy and guidelines.
Being the guardian of CV Content strategy, and supporting line manager with development of brand year plan execution.

Key Responsibilities
Overall
The role will support the implementation of the key brand initiatives including the scope mentioned in the position summary, here some detail that can be adjusted depending on the business needs:
Digital / Content CV / PR
• Definition and execution of comms. plan to guarantee owned channels are updated (web, sm..) and aligned with overall brand strategy. As well as integrating requests from markets & other internal teams.
• Lead content briefs for external creative agencies. Ensure purpose driven content (KPIs) and Masterbrand comms. guidelines are applied throughout all channels.
• Champion SM Content calendar for Global comms. While engaging markets understanding global & market needs and KPIs, to deliver relevant and on brand content.
• Manage website content update, optimization and maintenance.
• Content management and hub-s updates (Mking Hub, Brand Clouds, Product Cloud, etc) to facilitate stakeholders and clients easy/smooth access
• Develop strong collaboration with PRW digital and comms. team.
• Support Global Mkt Team with content / digital related projects as team expert with collaborative, efficiency and synergy purpose.
• Collaborate in innovation process
• Implement PR initiatives & accolades strategy
• Collaborate with Brand Home team to translate the ADN of the brand
NPD
Participate & support in the NPD process and key innovation initiatives for the Brand
Brand Management
• Analyzing and monitoring the results of the digital & PR initiatives implemented and establishing monitoring KPIs.
• Competitor analysis to keep up to date with developments in the sector.
Business Leadership:
• Liaise with stakeholders on assigned projects; build strong relationships with them.
• Support line manager with strategic thinking and goal driven effective communications (presentations, etc.)
Project Management
• Manage the A&P budget for assigned projects, ensuring efficient spend in driving effectiveness and challenging agency/business partners to drive best return.
• Support line manager in PM and execute global marketing projects.
OBSERVACIONES ESTUDIOS:
Essential:
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, or business management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in global marketing, including strong focus on marketing from end to end.
• Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels, design thinking methodology a plus.
• Highly organized, capable of managing high amount of assets and autonomous – prioritize and meet deadlines
• Analytic eye for data
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to accept and embrace change, and ambiguity
• Shows initiative and proactivity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
